Thank you for choosing ViteDellaVita.com for your purchases of fine wines. We want to give you an excellent shopping experience and complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your wine must be in its original condition, unopened and with the label intact.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm the refund. The refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 14 days.

Return shipping

If you need to return an item, contact us at info@vitedellavita.com to receive specific return instructions. Please pack returned items carefully to avoid damage during transport.

Shipping costs

The original shipping costs are not refundable and will be deducted from the refund, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Items not eligible for return

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened wines
• Perishable products
• Gift cards
