Description

Campolongo di Torbe is a single vineyard high in the Valpolicella Classica, from which Masi makes one of its most acclaimed single-vineyard Amarones.

The vintage 2009. 2009 was a good, ripe vintage in Valpolicella.

Black cherry, plum, raisin, spice and cocoa; powerful, velvety and long.

Service & pairing. Serve at 17–18 °C in a large glass, decanted an hour or two ahead. Pair with braised beef, game or aged cheeses.
