The Macallan, at Easter Elchies in Speyside, is one of the most collected single malts in the world, famous for its sherry-seasoned oak casks. This Home Collection release celebrates the distillery opened on the estate in 2018.

Dried fruit, orange peel, vanilla, ginger and toffee, with a warm, spiced finish.

Service & pairing. Serve neat at room temperature in a tulip-shaped nosing glass; add a few drops of still water to open the aromas if you wish. A collector’s bottle; if opened, enjoy after dinner.
