The Archival Series is a set of limited editions from The Macallan, each ‘Folio’ reproducing on its packaging a historic image or advertisement from the distillery’s archives. The whisky inside is a sherry-cask-influenced single malt from Speyside.

Dried fruit, sherry, chocolate, orange and spice, with an oaky, warm finish.

Service & pairing. Serve neat at room temperature in a tulip-shaped nosing glass; add a few drops of still water to open the aromas if you wish. A collector’s piece; ideally kept sealed and upright.
