Description

Rosebank, in Falkirk, was the classic Lowland distillery, known for triple distillation and delicate, floral spirit. It closed in 1993, which made its remaining stocks highly collectable; this 21-year-old from 1990 was released in a limited ‘Special Release’ edition.

Lemon, cut grass, white flowers, honey and vanilla; light, elegant and fresh.

Service & pairing. Serve neat at room temperature in a tulip-shaped nosing glass; add a few drops of still water to open the aromas if you wish. A collector’s bottle; if opened, enjoy as an aperitif.
