Description

Blackadder is an independent bottler whose ‘Raw Cask’ series is bottled at cask strength without filtration. This Rosebank, distilled in 1989, comes from the triple-distilling Lowland distillery that closed in 1993.

Citrus, green apple, grass and malt with a fresh, peppery finish; vivid at cask strength.

Service & pairing. Serve neat at room temperature in a tulip-shaped nosing glass; add a few drops of still water to open the aromas if you wish. Add a little water to open it up.
